With 70% of your immune system running through your gut, it is essential to keep it healthy. The way to do this is through an ancient food-preservation practice. Consuming small amounts of fermented foods and beverages daily ensures your gut health is in optimal shape to keep you feeling good.
This hands-on fermentation workshop will provide you with the confidence to turn the garden’s goodness into delicious krauts, pickled items, and simple kimchi recipes tailored to your family’s preferences. Not to mention, we’ll cover brewing beverages such as kombucha, water, and milk kefir. You will also have the opportunity to sample one of my family’s favorite krauts and go through the process of making a simple smoked kale kraut recipe.
