Membership Billing and Cancellation
Memberships are billed annually and renew automatically using the payment method associated with your account. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your membership dashboard.
Canceling prevents the next annual charge. Your membership benefits will remain available until the end of your current paid membership term. After that date, access to members-only videos, courses, downloads, discounts, and community areas will end.
New-Member Refund Policy
New members may request a refund within 30 days of their initial membership purchase by contacting the Membership Coordinator.
If your magazine has already shipped before the refund is processed, $35 will be deducted from the refund to cover the magazine subscription. Membership renewals are nonrefundable.
