Jennifer is a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), wife, and mother of 3. She began her birth work journey in 2012, after leaving active duty as a U.S. Marine to pursue her calling as a Midwife. Beginning as a Doula and home birth assistant, she later became a certified childbirth instructor, placenta specialist, and baby wearing instructor (and enthusiast).
She has a dedicated passion in supporting women on their journey, meeting them where they are, and providing support and education to achieve their goals. She believes in an educational approach, with an emphasis on informed decision making, to ensure safe and positive outcomes for families. Jen believes strongly in the empowerment of women during such an important and vulnerable time and strives to create an environment where families feel heard, supported, encouraged, and in control of their care.
