Conference Schedule
Kidsteader Classes
- Parents or Guardian must sign children in and out every time the child is dropped off and picked up.
- Parents or Guardian must be available at all times their children are attending Kidsteader classes and able to pick their children up if an issue arises.
- Classes begin at 8:30 AM.
- Class size is limited to 50 children.
- Registration required prior to the class.
- Sign your child up for classes at the Kidsteader Table near the Ticket Booth.
- Limit one class per child.
- Classes are first come, first serve.
- You must pick your child up when the class ends; children may not be left to attend the next class.
- The new play area will not be attended by HOA volunteers or staff.

Can I bring my pet? Will there be sign language interpreters? Can I camp on the fairgrounds? We’ve got your answers! Please check out our FAQ page and see if cover it there. Can’t make it to the conference this fall?

Can I get a refund on tickets?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds on ticket sales. We can transfer your ticket purchase to a one-year VIP Upgrade Homesteaders of America membership. Ticket transfers will be taken until October 7th at 11 p.m.
