Saying Hi! watch your channel all the time. This was very extensive. I started fermenting over the summer and had a jar of cucumber go bad. but. I ordered the salt mentioned and I realize I use tap water without letting it sit overnight. So, hopefully that will correct it.

Great presentation. I am so excited to try more things. I have made kimchi and that is all.

So you have alot of things fermenting, do you keep all of them in a fridge? Are there any vegetables that you can leave out for a long period of time (2-3 months)?

When you have your ferment where you like it to taste, do you put it in your cold storage with the fermenting top or do you change it? Thanks Stacy!
