We’ll explore:
• Herb-Infused Honey – Learn how to infuse honey with medicinal plants to create soothing, delicious, and health-supporting blends.
• Salve Making – Discover the art of crafting herbal salves using beeswax and infused oils to nourish and protect the skin.
• Oxymels – Experience the benefits of this ancient sweet-and-sour remedy, combining honey and vinegar with herbs for immune and respiratory support.
• Propolis Tinctures – Learn propolis’s antimicrobial power and how to make your own tincture for immune and oral health.
