  • Once tickets are sold out we will not be keeping a cancellation waitlist. 
  • Ticket doesn’t include an HOA membership or virtual products. Tickets cannot be transferred to a membership. 
  • 2024 TICKETS WILL BE A PHYSICAL PRODUCT. TICKETS WILL BE MAILED OUT AS THEY ARE ORDERED

Hands-On Workshops

Get an in-depth learning experience at a hands-on workshop! These all-day workshops will be held on Thursday, October 10 at the fairgrounds (unless otherwise stated) and are not included in the ticket price. Reservations must be made in advance. Workshops are now available! Register here.

Kidsteader Classes

View the topics and register your child here. 

  • Parents or guardians must sign children in and out every time the child is dropped off and picked up. 
  • A liability waiver must be filled out by a Parent or Guardian and left with a Kidsteader volunteer. The link for the waiver is in your order email or you can find it here. 
  • Parents or Guardian must be available at all times their children are attending Kidsteader classes and able to pick their children up if an issue arises. 
  • Children cannot be dropped off before their class. 
  • Children will not have bathroom breaks during class. 
  • Class size is limited and pre-registrations is required prior to the class. 
  • Limit one class per child. 
  • You must pick your child up when the class ends; children may not be left to attend the next class. 
  • Play areas will not be attended by HOA volunteers or staff.
